Returns

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days, regardless of the platform on which you made the purchase. For returns requested after the standard 30-day window, we only accept items that have not been opened or used. The product must be in its original, sealed packaging to qualify for a return after the 30-days.

We accept returns for Open-Box items. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in perfect condition with no scratches or dents. Except for the outer nylon seal, it must remain in its original packaging, including all accessory packaging and wrapping.

If the item is returned without any signs of usage and with all original packaging intact (except for the box sealing foil), you may qualify for a 100% full refund. Prior to shipping the item back, we recommend taking pictures of all accessories, packaging, and the device itself to ensure there are no scratches, and sending them to us via email at info@einktab.ca.

In the event that the original packaging is missing, a restocking fee of 5-10% may be applied.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Items with obvious signs of use, like dents, cracks or scratches.
  • Any item not in its original condition, original packing, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Final sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for another model within the same 30-day period. If you need to exchange an item due to defect or damage, please send us an email at info@einktab.ca, and we will provide the necessary instructions and free shipping label to facilitate hassle-free returns and exchanges.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns
