Our first Toronto-area showroom opened in August 2026, offering customers the chance to test E Ink devices before purchase. It is Canada’s first dedicated E Ink showroom, featuring BOOX, DASUNG, PocketBook, and Bigme products.
Where do you ship?
We ship across Canada from Toronto, Vancouver and Winnipeg warehouse, depending on stock availability and the fastest route to your address. Standard delivery (free) takes 1–4 business days, and express options (paid) are available for faster shipping.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes! All the E ink devices ( brand-new and open box) come with a one-year warranty in Canada, serviced through our Service Centre
Do you offer repair services?
Yes! We offer repair services, including screen replacements. If you purchased your BOOX device from us, you may be eligible for up to 50% off on repair services!
Do you offer trade-in?
Yes, we offer a trade-in program for all BOOX users in Canada, regardless of model.
