Where are you located?
We ship from our two locations in Toronto and Winnipeg, depending on stock availability and the fastest route to your address.
Do you have a physical store?
No, we don’t have a physical store. Instead, we provide a 30-day free return window so you can properly evaluate the device at home. A brief in-store demo can’t show everything the device can do, so we give you a full month to explore its features and return it for a full refund if it doesn’t meet your expectations.
Where do you ship?
We ship across Canada from our Toronto and Winnipeg locations. Standard delivery takes 2–4 business days, and express options are available for faster shipping.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes! All BOOX devices come with a one-year warranty in Canada, serviced through our Service Centre in Winnipeg.
Do you offer repair services?
Yes! We offer repair services, including screen replacements. If you purchased your BOOX device from us, you may be eligible for up to 50% off on repair services!
