Do you have a physical store?
Yes, we are going to open the first showroom in the Toronto area this summer, where users can test the devices before purchasing. This will be the first offline E ink showroom in Canada featuring BOOX, DASUNG, and Pocketbook products.
Where do you ship?
We ship across Canada from Toronto, Vancouver and Winnipeg warehouse, depending on stock availability and the fastest route to your address. Standard delivery (free) takes 1–4 business days, and express options (paid) are available for faster shipping.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes! All BOOX devices come with a one-year warranty in Canada, serviced through our Service Centre in Winnipeg.
Do you offer repair services?
Yes! We are the only supplier in Canada that not only sells BOOX E Ink products but also provides hardware repair services, including screen replacements. If you purchased your BOOX device from us, you may be eligible for up to 50% off repair services.
Do you offer trade-in?
Yes, we offer a trade-in program for all BOOX users in Canada, regardless of model.
