At Einktab, we strive to provide a smooth and reliable shipping experience for our customers. Our goal is to ensure your order is processed quickly and delivered securely. Below, you’ll find important details about our shipping process, delivery timelines, and policies regarding lost or stolen packages. Processing Time

All orders are shipped on the next business day. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are expected to be shipped on Monday. Once your order has been dispatched, the tracking number will be updated automatically by the end of the day. You will also receive automated notifications to keep you informed about your order’s delivery progress.


Delivery Time

Delivery times for your orders depend on the shipping option you select at checkout. We offer two shipping options: Standard and Expedited. Standard shipping is free and typically takes between 5 to 7 business days for delivery. Expedited shipping, which is available for a fee of $24.90, generally takes 1 to 3 business days. Please note that delivery times do not include the day the order is placed. We strive to process and ship orders promptly to ensure you receive your products as quickly as possible. Shipping Options

Our fulfillment center selects the most suitable delivery option based on their algorithms to ensure efficient and timely delivery. For addresses with PO Boxes, Canada Post is the only available option due to their delivery policies. If you have specific preferences or priorities for the delivery method, please include a note with your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Delivery Policy

Customers are responsible for providing the correct and complete delivery address when placing an order. If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is delivered to that address, the responsibility for the lost or misdirected package rests with the customer. Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect or forward a parcel once it has been delivered to the specified address.

If a parcel is missing after being marked as delivered, it is the customer’s responsibility to check with the local carrier, neighbors, or building management. Einktab is not liable for stolen packages.

If a parcel is delivered to the wrong address due to a courier error or is lost in transit, Einktab will take full responsibility. We will either reship the order or issue a refund, depending on the customer’s preference.


Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders over CAD 100. For added security, orders exceeding CAD 700 will require a signature upon delivery to ensure safe and verified receipt of your purchase. International Delivery
