One-Year Warranty Coverage (Canada)
All BOOX e-readers and E-Ink tablets and PocketBook e-readers purchased through our official website or Best Buy are covered by a one-year warranty from the date of delivery.
All DASUNG E-Ink monitors are covered by a 15-month warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers:
- Malfunctions caused by manufacturing or quality issues
- Internal hardware/software defects not resulting from customer misuse
- Battery issues due to production faults (within normal usage conditions)
What’s Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover:
- Screen damage or cracks caused by drops, pressure, or impact
- Water damage from spills, immersion, or exposure to moisture
- Any damage resulting from improper use, unauthorized modifications, or third-party repairs
Important Notes
- Warranty claims must include proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
- We reserve the right to inspect and verify the issue before confirming coverage.
- Accessories such as styluses and chargers are covered for 6 months.
Open Box
All open-box devices purchased from our website come with the same warranty as brand-new devices.
Warranty plan
- Within 30 days of purchase: Receive a replacement device or a full refund (shipping covered).
- After 30 days: Free repair or a replacement (shipping covered).
For Devices Not Covered Under Warranty
We offer paid repair services for out-of-warranty devices. For devices purchased directly from us, no labor fees for the repair will be charged, only shipping costs and the actual cost of spare parts will apply. Please submit a warranty request using the form below for more details.
