If accessories are missing, a restocking fee may apply.

Normally, we mainly accept BOOX models that are still part of the current product lineup. These are devices that are still actively sold and listed with current pricing on the official BOOX or Einktab website.
Retired models
For older BOOX models that are no longer in production, there is no current reference price available. In such cases, Einktab will provide a second-hand valuation .
How the Trade-In Process Works

2. Send device details
You will need to provide:

3. Shipping instructions
If your device is approved for trade-in, Einktab will send you the return address.
Please note:
- Shipping is not covered unless it falls within the 30-day free return window
4. Inspection
Once your device arrives, it will be inspected to confirm:
- Physical condition
- Functionality
- Accessories included
5. Trade-in value
Your trade-in value will be calculated based on:
- Current market price
- Condition and usage of the device
You will then receive a final offer.
6. Payment or credit link
After approval, you’ll receive a secure payment or credit that can be used toward your new device purchase.
7. Upgrade to a new BOOX device
Once everything is completed, your new device will be shipped to you free of charge.
