No shipping fees for covered warranty service.
Physical screen damage is not covered by the warranty. However, we waive the repair labour cost for screen-related repairs; replacement parts, if required, are chargeable.
5. Returns: A 30-Day Free & Over 30 days
BOOX US: customers need to pay Receipt Charge, Restocking Fee (15% of the sale price ) and Package Fee, depends on different situation. No return after 30 days purchase.
Einktab: Enjoy a 30-day return with free return shipping (provided return shipping label), subject to our return policy and conditions. For devices returned over 30 days, we will process partial refund and allow trade in, depending on the circumstances and applicable policy.
