To better serve customers nationwide, Einktab now operates two strategic fulfillment hubs: a warehouse in the Greater Toronto Area serving Eastern Canada, and a British Columbia warehouse serving Western Canada. By positioning inventory closer to customers on both coasts, we reduce shipping distances, speed up order processing, and create a more seamless delivery experience across the country.
With this optimized network, customers can now enjoy significantly faster shipping times. Orders placed in Ontario are typically delivered within 1 business day, while Quebec receives deliveries in 1–2 business days. Atlantic provinces can expect approximately 3 business days, and Western regions including British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Yukon benefit from delivery within 1–3 business days. Wherever you are, your Eink device now arrives faster and more efficiently.
The British Columbia warehouse, officially launched in May, marks an important milestone in strengthening West Coast operations. It enables faster dispatch, shorter transit times, and more reliable service for customers in Western Canada. Meanwhile, the Ontario warehouse continues to serve as a core Eastern hub, ensuring stable inventory flow and fast fulfillment for high-demand regions. Together, both locations operate as a unified system designed to deliver consistent nationwide performance.
Alongside this logistics improvement, Einktab continues to offer value through its Open Box program, giving customers access to discounted premium e-ink devices. All Open Box products are fully tested, functionally verified, carefully inspected before resale, and offered at reduced pricing. These items are also covered under warranty policy unless otherwise stated. All Open Box devices are shipped exclusively from Winnipeg.
